Frank Singer is an
excellent composer, teacher and musician. He attained the
honor of a bachelors degree in composition, from Boston's
own Berklee College. Since then he has relocated to Erie, PA
where he plays with numerous local musicians in various mucial
groups. His primary instrument in the guitar, yet he has
studied the piano, sax and drum set. More infromation on Frank

travels throughout the Northeastern United States. They set a
good grove drawing from beats of all parts of the globe. They
